Booking POLICIES
Make Sure To Read Prior To Booking
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
- A deposit must be made to secure your shoot.
- There is a 50% deposit required prior to booking — this must be paid to confirm.
- All deposits are final and non-refundable.
- Deposits are subtracted from the total fee, and the remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot.
- Accepted payment methods: Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash App, PayPal
LATENESS
- There is a 15-minute grace period.
- After 15 minutes, a $15 late fee will be added to your remaining balance.
- If you do not arrive within 30 minutes, your shoot will be canceled.
RESCHEDULING
- Rescheduling or changing the location must be done at least 24 hours prior to the booking.
- Any changes made within 24 hours of the booking will result in a $20 late change fee.
CANCELLATION
- If cancellation is made by the photographer, a notification with a possible reschedule date or a deposit refund will be provided.
PHOTO DELIVERY & SELECTION
Retrieve Photo Instructions
- All image delivery instructions will be given at the end of the shoot.
- A file with all RAW images will be provided within 24 hours after the shoot.
- Clients have 48 hours to select the photos they want edited.
- If no selection is made within 48 hours, edited photos will not be provided.
